Affordable appartement hôtel for 3/4...

Liked: I was able to combine a one week stay for business, with my family staying with me a couple of days. We mixed work and leisure easily, in Montparnasse, close to lovely rue Daguerre, which has everything you would ever need. The price was very reasonable for three people in that location. The staff very attentive. Breakfast delivered in the appartement. Lovely outside courtyard. I even got access to my room at 7:30AM, coming from the airport, which was an incredible gift.
Disliked: The suite was very small, even though it had everything. And noise isolation was less than perfect. For 240 Euros per night, for 3, in Paris, this is understandable.

Very nice hotel in not...

Liked: Very nice and helpful attitude of all staff, we arrived earlier with kids, and the hotel provided the room. Many thanks for this!The inner court is very nice and the hotel is located a beautiful old mansion.Very good equipment of room and Nuxe cosmetics in bedroom. Also, the hotel provided slippers.
Disliked: The area is not very nice for Paris. Lots of old not renovated houses around , not a good place to walk around, especially with kids.Only in one street 5 min walk we found a good boulangerie and some shops.

Nicely renovated old house

Liked: Very nicely renovated old building, congratulations to the architects and the owners. Nice neighbourhood, very calm. Several metro stations at walking distance. The garden at entrance must be great in spring.
Disliked: if you are not used to old buildings, the smell from water system may surprise you. The room is rather small and there is no elevator. If you have big luggages, it may be challenging. The room where we stayed started to deteriorate, door of the bathroom, the sofa, the furniture of the kitchen corner need to be fixed. It is a pity for such a nicely renovated place.

Nice location, underwhelming facilities

Liked: Nice location. Helpful staff.
Disliked: We kept running out of hot water and didn't have any on the day of the checkout. The bedroom had no window and the heater wouldn't stop heating even when you fully turned it off (the other heaters worked ok), so the bedroom was too hot to sleep in. There were also weird stains on the doors and the bed. Overall also a lot of small inconveniences like no plugs near the beds, the coffee table (only table) leg is broken, etc.

Lovely, quirky hotel with luxury!

Liked: It was spacious, clean and really nice. The beds were comfortable and all the facilities were fab!
Disliked: Nothing

Very comfortable large apartment in...

Liked: Lovely large apartment for our family needs
Disliked: The cobbles outside were a little difficult to negotiate in a wheelchair but we appreciate that the property is very pretty on the outside and needs this

Liked: The location and the people was great. The room had kitchen and a baby bed for our son
Disliked: The bathtub plug was broken. There was some humidity smell in the bathroom. The bed was too soft.

I spend almost 900€ for...

Liked: Position is good.
Disliked: 1, not 4 stars hotel.2 no lift 3 no parking. Pay attention, only one parking according to what their staff said. But you will never have it. Be careful.4 after 10 O’clock 30, you will never find anybody from the hotel to help you. 5, I booked a room with a big bed and sofa bed, but they didn’t prepare anything for sofa bed, I had to booked another hotel and slept over there for additional cost of 145€. 6 Nobody from Booking to take care, be shame of booking.7 I found some metal staff in the room, if you have Bebe, be careful, they will probably eat it. It almost happened to us.
