Exceptional

Liked: Nice and helpful hotel staff, great location of the hotel in the very center.Very clean and beautiful hotel decor.

Nice but expensive

Liked: The Hotel is elegant and the room was beautiful. However having been traveling through Italy and living in great hotels the service here was very uneven. The concierges were very helpful but the rest of the hotel was understaffed. Breakfast service was very slow and for example the otherwise excellent gym didn’t have towels filled up. We didn’t feel the price quality was up to par. Parking and gratuity wasn’t included.

Liked: Beautiful rooms & we were given an upgraded room! Staff was excellent - so attentive and polite. Perfect location!

Unforgetable experience

Liked: The Kindness from allt he staff, the hospitality we felt from the momment we arrived and the guy at the reception was reason to come again. (No name needed, everybody will understand)
Disliked: Nothing !

Liked: Everything was exellent except the breakfast
Disliked: Breakfast service was understaffed, diificult to cope with the demand. Some empty bowls on the buffet. Staff were very friendly though but overstreched.

Very luxurious, you feel pampered!

Liked: Service and luxury decoration and details like fresh flowers in the room AND in the bathroom (so cute).? And great breakfast!Very central.
Disliked: I saw a cockroach in the breakfast room running across! I told the staff. Maybe it’s normal in old buildings? I found a small piece of ceramics in the chocolate cake! Very much noise on the street side especially on Saturday night.
