Big rooms on 4th floor...

Liked: Fairly big breakfast - missing honey for the cereals and yoghour
Disliked: Asked for a room high up - was informed that would cost extra as room 415 on 4th floor was renovated. It did not seem renovated at all - somewhat warn out - very low pressure on water in shower. Wanted to take a bath in the tub - took ages. Asked 2 people at receipton if really room 415 was renovated or a joke. 3rd time asking on check up - nice you receptionist asked if I wanted a soda water as compensation :-)

Liked: Very friendly staff, very good value for money, location was great, room was excellent size
Disliked: Because the building was old noise could travel a lot when people moved in the halls or their rooms if they were close by

Not what I expect from...

Liked: The location couldn’t have been better.
Disliked: The room itself was very worn down and old. No fridge, and even though the room was for two people, it only had one plastic cup. The bathroom was the worst: very old and no circulation and definitely not what I expect from a four star hotel. The breakfast selection was alright, but the juice was so diluted with water that it had nothing to do with juice anymore and tasted nothing like it.
