Liked: 2 Things:1. There was no hot water the entire stay & no heating in the room - and they still charged us full price!!2. This is definitely not a “spa” hotel - they had a pool + a small sauna and damp room and that is all
Disliked: The total lack of hot water + the facilities just weren’t well maintained; it was all a bit run down in the bathrooms and our bathroom had pretty awful smell coming from the drain

Freezing to the bone

Liked: The room was freezing cold and so was the water in the shower.The staff didn’t mention at the check-in that the heating system had broken down that morning (this was 5pm) and still not up and running.By 9:45am still no hot water to shower before breakfast and check out.
Disliked: Temperature

Love the place, but need...

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Two gentlemen book two rooms the same day with same two nights.He got a "sea view" room for less money than my "parking view" room.Besides, the hotel is not ageing well and in my room (104) the water from the shower tends to leave the bathroom to explore the world beyond.
