Liked: Great location, walking distance to all famous attractions. Welcoming reception lady and welcome drinks offered on arrival too!Very good facilities.
Disliked: Nearest parking is about 10-15mins walk.

Liked: The host was welcoming, caring & very efficient. The room was extremely clean, had fabulous decor & had extremely comfortable beds. Walkable from the train station, great central location for exploring & restaurants. Standout was the helpfulness & consideration of our host Paul

Hotel Helmhaus is the perfect...

Liked: Hotel Helmhaus is in the perfect location. It is easy to reach by public transportation from the train station and is in a pedestrian area with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is small and comfortable with friendly staff. The bathroom and room amenities were nice. The breakfast was quite good, but can be crowded. There is 24 hour coffee and tea in the breakfast room, but no coffee in the room.
Disliked: The room is a little loud. We were on the third floor in the front and needed to use white noise to drown out the street noise. The hallway noise and the noise from the people staying above us were also noticeable.

Liked: My luggage did not arrive with me, but the front desk staff was very helpful, making sure I had everything I needed until it did arrive, including a glass of wine! Beautiful and varied breakfast spread. The rooms, though small, have all the amenities you need.
Disliked: No privacy with the currents open.
