I will definitely stay at...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located to both downtown Lewiston and to the highway that leads to Moscow where my daughter is currently attending college.
Disliked: I have stayed at this property two times now and the front desk staff could really use a lesson in customer service. Both times they have acted as if they could care less to be there and it’s not very welcoming into the hotel.

It was okay but not...

Liked: Location was good, easy to get to.
Disliked: The restaurant was under staffed. They were trying but they needed more help. It took 15 min to get a glass of wine, same for a cold dessert-to go. Rooms are clean, a little dated. Beds are hard.

Very good

Liked: Good location for our relaxed trip home from Boise to Seattle. The shower had good water pressure and was easily adjusted. The bar had great options for dinner and the free breakfast was extensive.
Disliked: WiFi was quite spotty.....There's a pulp mill (?) nearby that gets you when the wind blows toward town.

Clean, friendly service and rooms

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean just a couple of things were missing like soap to wash our hands and the roll away cot we ordered. Other than that everything was great.
Disliked: Parking was pretty full so we had to park a ways away and pack all our stuff in.
