Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We had booked to stay for Christmas. Was charged full price for all facilities for the hotel. Xmas day the bar wouldn't be open so there would no where for us to even get a drink for us and our child. The pool wasn't open Christmas day either so we wouldn't be able to use that either. No room service, so basically an expensive rate due to time of year and full price paid for room only. No alternative offered or refund. They have kept all our money.
