Very good
Liked: The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the old center. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. What also impressed me is that they also had a shaving kit in the bathroom. My wife also ate a ramen in the restaurant, which, she says, was very, very good, better than the one she ate at a ramen restaurant. The outside noise was almost completely blocked, but.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was the noise between the rooms. Maybe we had some bad luck with other tourists, but it was like they were moving the furniture each night. So the hotel is soundproof from outside noise, but interior walls do not do such a good job. Also, the room could have been a bit bigger.

A treasure of a hotel...
Liked: What a delightful treasure of a hotel. I stayed early November after travelling around Europe for 2.5 months. I stayed two nights. A gorgeous hotel, nicer than the photos, an elegant building in an elegant street. I felt ensconced in a cosy home-like atmosphere. Beautiful design flair and finishes in the lobby, cafe and room. I booked a smaller room but clever use of space. The thing that made this place so special were the people, particularly Sandra and Minerva at reception. Such kind, attentive and thoughtful people who take the craft of hospitality seriously. Nothing was too much. I felt welcome immediately. Excellent communication (e.g., offer of WhatApp to text when I needed to extend my stay an extra night unexpectedly). I had coffees and pastries in the cafe for morning tea and the space is delightful. Restaurant staff were sincere and friendly. Highly recommended!Despite the terrible events in the Valencia region, and the ways that this affected all the staff and their families, they remain so focused on guests. The historical city itself was mercifully untouched by the floods. I easily walked from the hotel to many beautiful sites as diverse as plazas with fountains, museums and the nearby excellent shopping and supermarkets.
Disliked: I would recommend booking a larger room if you have lots of luggage.

Reasonable option if you're looking...
Liked: Location is probably this hotel's biggest benefit. Great access to all the sights within the old town, as well as dining and shopping places. The subway is relatively close, too. There is a proper restaurant and a bar on the ground floor, but nothing to shout about. The room was large, storage was sufficient. Really nice touch was to put a steamer into the room so you could freshen up your clothes. All standard amenities like a safe, hairdryer, kettle, etc. were present. Bed was comfy, and they offer different styles of pillows to fit your needs.
Disliked: Would like to see a nespresso machine, which unfortunately was not present. If you're looking to catch up on sleep in the morning and early afternoon, get yourself some good earplugs because the walls are quite thin and you'll hear tons of noise from other rooms being serviced. The bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant smell initially, but it was gone after a day or two. This is nitpicking at this point, but I expected a bit more from the room design. It was super boring, with white walls and tons of empty space between items. Whoever designed the room really struggled to fill the space properly: whatever little furniture it had was awkwardly placed. I've stayed in other hotels across Spain at a similar price point that had better and more thoughtful design.
