Liked: Over all quiet comfy room, big room size, awesome price for this time of the year, comfy bed, modern architecture.
Disliked: some areas of the room were a bit dusty (next to / under bed) or could have needed inspection (showerhead was unscrewed/leaking)

Disliked: We were not informed about the parking fee upon arrival and we were given an incredibly tight parking space. It was a total surprise to us that we had to pay and the reception didn't have much empathy for our situation and preferred to blame it to the other member of the staff.

Comfy stay in Hamburg

Liked: The location was perfect for us. Public transport and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and polite. The check-in and checkout online were easy and fast.The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a minibar with a good selection of drinks from Hamburg.We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time there.
Disliked: Our room was on the first floor near to the hotel entrance and when people smoked outside all the smoke was coming into our room through the window. That wasn't nice as the smell stays for a while in the room and it is very unpleasant. It would be great to tell smokers to move away from the rooms on that side of the street when smoking.
