Worst experience ever! I will...

Liked: Nothing.. I didn’t stay at this property longer than 20 minutes. I have yet to receive a refund and have waited over 30 days. I do not recommend you book here or through booking.com.
Disliked: There was damage already done to the room and they said that if I didn’t bring it to their attention they would have charge my form of payment for damage. They are under renovation and only the main office is nice. They have beds and furniture everywhere outside. There are a bunch of questionable people staying at this property. They have a security guard that scans over the building because it’s located in a terrible part of town. I did not feel safe here and I have yet to receive a refund so unless you want to be out $500 I suggest u do not book at this property or booking.com because neither have provided a refund for a stay I didn’t even get to enjoy! The whole property is a catfish and a scam. Everybody was rude and not understanding. I had to stay in 3 different hotels after this booking didn’t follow through. This whole situation made my vacation terrible and I am still out $500.

Pleasant but I wouldn’t go...

Liked: The hotel room was clean and looked very modern but it was missing a refrigerator.
Disliked: They are undergoing major renovations which they claim was due to hurricane damage. More than half of the rooms were completely gutted and there were construction worker everywhere. The were doing work on Saturday morning at 8:00 am and it was very loud which was upsetting because this was not mentioned in the description on the booking app or the hotel website. I asked for a discount for Saturday for the disruption but they said they had signs up about the construction which would be fine but people book online not in person.
