Heights Hotel

Easter break with the wife.

Liked: The whole experience of the place was very nice to go and stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was amazing to eat. The hotel was clean and tidy and me and the wife would definitely come back again to stay.
Disliked: The only thing that I can say is that there was no plug socket next to the bed in the room.

Liked: The staff were all excellent. Kind, considerate and polite. Really made our stay.
Disliked: A little updating wouldn’t go amiss, but it also has a lovely retro feel that is nostalgic.

Liked: It was expensive and could do with improvements in the hotel to show the process being charged

Liked: The breakfast was really great couldn’t fault it . The staff were really friendly and helpful . And the location is really stunning a great place to watch the sunset and walking .

Not bad, comfortable beds but...

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and the property clean.
Disliked: The whole hotel is very old and aged and the rooms very basic. It was very expensive for what it was, and at breakfast only filter coffee, if you want a coffee from the machine it’s £5 extra! I’ve been here before, and the receptionists are nice but restaurant staff aren’t so friendly.

Liked: Fantastic location/view and amazing staff. However rooms are functional and dull. It’s rather outdated. Expensive.
