Pleasant and comfortable.

Liked: The family suite was disconnected from adjoining suites for a good night's sleep. Curtains kept out lighting and parking was assigned per room.
Disliked: Arrived to a cold room; however, the room heated up in 15min. I turned off the heat when I left to save their electric bill - I would do the same to keep rates competitive (low).

I love Heidi's Inn and...

Liked: Rented the "family dormitory" for one night. It has five beds and a really comfortable futon couch in one big room. The kitchen setup was excellent, with plenty of cookware and dishes. I liked the extra touch of including a bottle of Dawn dish soap. First time I have seen actual Dawn rather than a dollar-store brand. The refrigerator looked brand new, was spotless, and had a big freezer that kept things frozen (unlike some I have seen in recent travels). The bathroom was capacious, with two toilet stalls, two showers, and a double-sink vanity. The electric baseboard heaters quickly warmed the room. Comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: What didn't we like? Not even worth mentioning. Heidi's is a good bargain for family travel.

Worth the money. Would stay...

Liked: The room was comfortable and large enough for our group. Worthwhile for the money.
Disliked: A few sketchy people that made me a little nervous. Was able to park close to the room though, which helped.

Should cost way less for...

Liked: It was the only one available at an affordable price. However, motel 6 in Astoria was available for only $14 more a couple days prior and was a lot cleaner, updated. The office lady was very nice.
Disliked: The building was a lot more run down than the description suggests. Our bathroom door was really difficult to shut. The window in the bathroom had no cover on it, anyone walking behind the building could have looked in. I twisted my ankle slightly on a bumpy cemented spot on the driveway.
