Disliked: My daughter got bitten by ants that infested the room and they left welts on her. When asked for a refund they said they couldn’t help

Disliked: ants and tons of mold in the unclean bathroom, the whole room wasn't vacuumed and had an unpleasant odor

Got what we paid for...

Disliked: Needed inside touch-ups. Difficult to completely close tap in washroom. Difficult to open/close front door. Difficult to regulate temperature

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Location great to get to Frankenmuth. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: The shower was not clean. Wash cloth left in shower from previous guest. Mold on shower walls. Fridge did not work. No extra toilet paper

Liked: I love that the room had 3 beds, it fit perfect for our group.
Disliked: The room was a bit dated, however the new owners stated they are in the process of remodeling. I can't wait to see what it's like when we come back next year.
