Liked: This mid-century modern hotel is on the tipping point of being a really nice stay. It was clean, quiet, and just what I needed. Just a place to sleep between events. I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator. Which had I known, I would’ve been better prepared and brought snacks. As it was, the McDonald’s is close by. Great hot water pressure in the shower, another pleasant surprise from normal when I stay in these small hotels. The bathroom is tiny, but has everything you need. And again…have paid a lot more for hotels that were not that clean.
Disliked: The pink tiles, and the furniture were perfect mid-century modern, and an update of the style of blinds, shades, hotel duvet/comforter type bedding and hard surface flooring, would’ve equaled a hotel I stayed at in another state and paid triple the amount for. The potential is there.The bed could’ve been a bit softer, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping. And there was no Internet but I was prepared for that and used my laptop and personal hotspot to stream movies.

Liked: Requested a receipt, never got it. No daily cleaning, cheap toilet paper, dripping faucet -- very annoying and very dated inside rooms and very shabby outside.

Disliked: My daughter got bitten by ants that infested the room and they left welts on her. When asked for a refund they said they couldn’t help

Disliked: ants and tons of mold in the unclean bathroom, the whole room wasn't vacuumed and had an unpleasant odor

Liked: Easy access/ friendly
Disliked: One room warm too warm.

Got what we paid for...

Disliked: Needed inside touch-ups. Difficult to completely close tap in washroom. Difficult to open/close front door. Difficult to regulate temperature
