Liked: it was perfectly situated from the underground and the eventim apollo.all the staff we interacted with seemed very happy, they were smiley, helpful and very polite.the rooms were lovely, very big and comfortable. the standard of cleanliness was off the chart, it is up there with the best that we have ever stayed in. it was nice and quiet, very relaxed.

Disliked: Room set up was a bit weird.Shower with wardrobe. Separate toilet. Sink in kitchenette sort of area. Only sink!

Liked: Great location - convenient for public transport, can walk to Westfield, plenty of restaurant options.
Disliked: Another towel each per night... just one supplied per person. And the single lift can be in demand at busy times (we were on the 4th floor!)
