Overall happy with our stay

Liked: Clean, pleasant enough hotel. Good value for money in London. Staff polite and helpful. Secure room to leave luggage.
Disliked: Small window, too high to see out of. Not enough coffee and milk provided for a 2 night stay so we had to request more.

Exceptional

It was great, I’ll probably...

Liked: Good location, you are very close to the Earl’s Court Station (3 minutes walk)Staff are welcoming and available during the stay. The traffic is closed to cars probably due to public works so it was relatively quiet outside.
Disliked: The walls are badly insulated, we can hear people speaking in the corridor but it bothers for few seconds, it’s not that unbearable.

Pleasant and comfortable to stay...

Liked: It’s clean and modern , good location , staff were nice and helpful. Our room is not big enough for 4 adults , limited pillows one each n no hooks for our clothes . Maybe next time we’ll choose a bigger size room.

Great place!

Liked: Great location, room at the back was quiet. Love the bar and lounge area
Disliked: Cleaners shouting down the corridor at each other early in the morning. I appreciate they have a job to do but they could be mindful of people still in bed

Disliked: Very small rooms. Apart from the bed, literally no space at all. In order for one person to go to the toilet, the other has to lie down on the bed.

Good location, lovely staff

Liked: Good location for where we wanted to go; reception staff are lovely. Bed comfortable, excellent shower.
Disliked: Not enough places to put things on - room was basic … but good value. 2 towels, one almost as smell as hand towel, and 1 extra pillow - for 2 people. But staff said we could have asked for another towel so that’s not really a fair comment.
