Good for a night's stay

Liked: Location is great, just a short walk and you're faced with the Earls Court tube station, which was really convenient. We were given a basement room, which was not mentioned during the booking and it was cold. Fortunately, reception staff was able to find another room on the higher ground.
Disliked: The shower space did not have any door and the glass only covered less than half of the shower, so water would end up spraying outside and the floor would get very wet. The hotel tries to save the environment by offering a free drink if we didn't need housekeeping the next day but we cannot utilize this because of the wet floors and would need the room cleaning anyway.

Liked: Close to tram station, only a few minutes walk. Only have stairway to go up to the hotel. It’s hard to carry luggage.

For one night great stay

Liked: Zone 1 for public transport, great for travelling around London
Disliked: Noisy building

Disliked: It was kind of stuffy basement room and very small and not that clean

Liked: Location very good. Convenient self check in. Room very small, no place to put your stuff. Bathroon tiny. Had a nice sleep though you can hear all from the corridor.
