Disliked: Beds are a little uncomfortable and you can hear your neighbours. Wouldn't plan to stay again but it's a cheap option in a good location.

Liked: Big spacious room with a huge, bigger than Kingsize bed. Ensuite. Everything was very clean and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Perfect location for the docks, Tate Liverool and city centre. Weatherspoons right opposite, a great option for breakfast. Very reasonably priced, especially for the time of year ( Christmas).
Disliked: No bar restaurant facilities on site, but this was to be expected due to it being Christmas day. View of car- park. It was a bit stuffy as it wasn't possible to open the windows. Had to rely on air- con.

Liked: Good location and clean.
Disliked: Told the staff to put the heater up a bit as it was too cold. They did but then switched it off in the middle of the night and the cold woke us up. The blanket only helps warming the body but it’s uncomfortable to cover our face as it’s suffocating.

Liked: The hotel was close by to everything, great location. Me and my cousin booked the same time and had a family room where we could go in and out of each others rooms, was lovely for when we were getting ready together.
Disliked: Can’t fault anything.
