Liked: The customer service was excellent. On arrival we had booked a car park space and the space left was quite small for our car although manageable however they asked a member of their team if they would mind swapping as their car was smaller.We were given a map of the city for our location and then an upgrade on the room.The room itself was a lovely size with everything that could be needed for the stay and it was very clean.The location is just a few minutes walk before reaching the centre so absolutely perfect.I would recommend and would return again.

Hedley House makes York a...

Liked: Cosy and clean , bright, parking on sight and connected to a yoga studio. Hedley House was also a short walk to town center. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast smelled amazing and I will try that next time.
Disliked: Nothing …

Good value for money. Downstairs...

Liked: Location was really good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Outside was nice and well maintained: hot tub was good and we had this to ourselves. Excellent price and value for money. Would stay again.
Disliked: We were on the top floor, which was a lot of stairs and no lift with a partner with bad knees. We were told parking was available however when we arrived we were then told we needed to park on the street, which was lucky as we had the last available space, not sure where we would have parked if this had been taken. Some of the facilities were a bit old, the tv was quite slow and difficult to get to work, the bathroom window was stuck open, the iron leaked badly and soaked clothes. The lights flickered and there was a lot of noise from what I think was the water through the night.

Liked: Perfect location 10 minute walk from station and to centre of York and museum gardens. Beautiful quiet street location.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything.
