Liked: Room was of a very high standard; bathroom was also excellent, with a hearty breakfast included.
Disliked: Nothing could be bad with this high standard of accommodation. BETTER than Premier Inn anyway, thanks Heathmount for a lovely overnight stay.

Liked: Lovely room, great choice of food in the restaurant!
Disliked: The only issue we had was the staff member on check out. She was very rude and didn’t really seem to like her job, we had to ask her to move her car as it was blocking us in (which she did) but it seemed like a massive effort! Even her manager had to ask her to move it again.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. They took time to help us out a great deal.when they did not have to and it was greatly appreciated.
Disliked: Be very careful when booking rooms. Read the room description thoroughly. I am 6'9 and my partner is 6'. The ceiling is very low in the rooms on the top floor and made it very uncomfortable. The booking.com ad does mention this but you have to go searching and isn't something you would usually think would be an issue.

Liked: The location and staff and room were all great, good sized room and bathroom etc.
Disliked: Unfortunately there wasn't any tea or coffee facilities in the room

Beautiful hotel, despite the fire...

Liked: Lovely, friendly hotel. Room was tastefully decorated and absolutely immaculate.
Disliked: Got a fright when the fire alarm went off at 3am, luckily it was a false alarm, but we had evacuation the building. No staff in the hotel overnight, so was a bit disconcerting.

Excellent stay with gorgeous rooms

Liked: The room was beautifully decorated, with some of the comfiest bedding I've slept in. Lovely powerful shower too. 10 minute walk from the centre. Also appreciated the option of a later check out for a fee. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
