Our stay at the Heathman Lodge was wonderful. Hotel staff clearly pay close attention to details. Nothing is overlooked. The rooms are lovely and very quiet; the grounds are well kept and beautiful; the hotel makes recycling a priority - which is important to our family. The front desk offers a complimentary latte, cappuccino or hot chocolate in the morning. The restaurant on the premises, Hudson's is flat out excellent. Usually hotel food is mediocre at best but Hudson's should be one of the reasons you'd stay at the Heathman. In fact, we noticed many locals enjoying Hudson's. We came to Vancouver for a concert and staying at the Heathman was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back!

Liked: Comfortable beds. Clean. Great atmosphere.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking....not sure why (maybe so electric vehicles get to charge for free?) But then those without electric should get discount not have to pay extra. Also, staff sent us in the wrong direction to our room location.

Disliked: I got salmonella poisoning from Hudsons downstairs in the hotel. When i was sick i attempted to let the staff know and asked for more towels and was treated badly. The price is high for a fairly standard room as well.
