Liked: The room size was comfortable. The TV was easy to use.
Disliked: Coffe pot and French press, but no cups or spoons. The amenities charge was unexpected and we didn't use any of the listed extras. $55.00 for one night of parking is too expensive!

Disliked: More expensive One bedroom suite was much smaller than regular king suite (previous stay) with a paper thin sliding door and no view. Sofa sleeper was unclean. Library/lounge had no coffee in the morning and service was unavailable at night due to shirt sagging. Restaurant was understaffed and had to turn us and others away despite being less than half full. But they did have two hostesses available to turn people away.

Disliked: They double charged my card which held up funds until check out. This ruined our plans for Valentine’s Day. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable!

Liked: Clean rooms, helpful staff, and great location in the Cultural District of Portland. The Heathman is perfect for Oregon Symphony concerts at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall and Portland's Farmers Market during the summer months. Great restaurants surround the hotel to include the Sesame Collection of unique restaurants and fine dining. The Heathman has become our stay vacation spot in Portland.
