Very good

Liked: Room was lovely and clean. Had a couple of minor issues which were resolved promptly.
Disliked: We were upstairs which we didn't realise when we booked. Being elderly it was a bit difficult managing the stairs.

Disliked: On the northern end of town, walk is 10-15 mins to the centre

Good place to stay if...

Liked: Spacious new and clean. Big bed and reasonably comfortable. Check in was easy and good for late travellers.
Disliked: Access to Heathcote late at night is more difficult than I expected. The unit itself is easy to find.

Disliked: There is no functioning resultant or dinning option despite being falsely advertised .If we knew there is no dining option we wouldn’t choose this accommodation with young family and when we put complaint to booking.com they simply refused any sort of compensation or even an apology for inconvenience they caused for us with their false and misleading advertise No happy with customer service !
