Other than lack of coffee...

Liked: Close to airport. New facility.
Disliked: No coffee maker. Had kitchenette, but no dishes.

Greatly exceeded our expectations!

Liked: The bed was like sleeping on a cloud in heaven, the linens smelled nice, the room was clean and free of stained carpet despite being a pet friendly room. The bathroom was large and brightly lit, and the shower was really nice. The balcony overlooking the channel/London Bridge was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and afternoon cocktail, and everything in between. The room was large and well appointed with a comfy, cozy couch. It made it difficult to go out and explore the area!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and was a large part of our positive experience. The pet fee was sooooo reasonable, and the location was amazing, making it walkable to most bars/restaurants in the area. We loved it so much, we extended our one night stay to 4 nights!
Disliked: We could have like some more comfortable patio furniture on the private balcony, but apart from that, I can't find much to complain about.

Liked: Location and the view of the London Bridge was awesome from hotel room. And the convenience of the restaurants was in walking distance. Everything about this place was off the charts. Especially the check process/bar.

Disliked: The couch in the room was heavily stained. The baseboards were cracked and dirty. The room just seemed old and run down. I thought the property was new but maybe it’s not.

Liked: Great location with a wonderful view of the London Bridge. It was a bit off season, so our room was nice and quiet. The bed, pillows, and bed linens were very comfortable, good quality, and spotlessly clean. The room and especially the bathroom were not clean. The cleaning service forgot our room the first day.
Disliked: The cleaning person seemed to just smear the dirt around, rather than remove it. Dust and debris under all the furniture. Grit and dirt in all the corners. Brocken tiles and mold in the tile grout.
