I would definitely stay again.

Liked: Location was great. Room was well laid out and very spacious. Loved that the lights and heating were on for us on arrival at the end of what had been a long and exhausting day. It felt very cosy and a considerate thing to do.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was poor, but it was a very small issue really.

Liked: Great location. Joining the beds together created quite a hard bump. Suppose to have balcony views however the hedges were so overgrown you couldn’t use it. Phones didn’t work so unable to contact reception without walking to them - while injured this was an issue. Restaurant opened 6am being there 6:03 breakfast was cold & I was advised to wait until the food warmers started working. Cleaning staff & reception were great.

Liked: The fact that the receptionist drove me to the hospital as I couldn’t get an ambulance.
Disliked: Almost everything else. Very very dated, carpet stains and mould in the bathroom, bulbs blown. When I went to reception to complain I overheard the receptionist ask what type of work the couple before me do as they got a $500 upgrade and their response was that they were “influencers”.

Liked: The room was spacious and the location was great, within walking distance to the heart of Queenstown. The downside was the small bathroom and the basin area that felt a little dated and in need of some upkeep.
