Liked: The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Check-in and check out process was smooth and efficient. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great, and there were lots of different options. The dinner menu at the restaurant was delicious. The theme of the hotel is a great touch!We will definitely be staying here again 😊

Disappointing

Liked: We were placed in the room above the gym which we were warned can have noise issues due to the fans. They were loud but turned off at the correct hours, however, the street noise and car noise were so loud, we had to sleep with ear plugs.

Liked: Access to the hotel is narrow and quite dark so it is easily missed when turning off from the main road which can be very busy to turn into.

Liked: Beautiful rooms, lovely decor. The bed was very comfortable, couch was comfortable and good black out curtains. Tidy and well maintained grounds. Great location, we loved it.
