OK place but loosing it's...

Liked: Location here is good, parking options great and price wise OK.
Disliked: I've been here quite a bit with my family, it's great place to stay but the last couple of times I've not had good experiences. This includes - towels taken from room but not replaced. EV chargers issue, restaurant unable to provide kids dairy free meals, staff obviously under pressure because they weren't attentive to us as guests and we felt like we were an added burden.

Liked: Free parking, informative at reception, room was great size, comfortable beds, clean.Good value. Onsite restaurant with reasonably priced meals, efficient wait staff. Provide shuttle to and from airport. Bathroom well stocked with body and hair products etc.

Liked: The bed is comfortable, and the room is spacious. The hairdryer works well. The pick-up service is efficient, and the staff are helpful.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower is low. There’s nothing nearby, but it’s fine for a one-night stay.
