Liked: The convenience of location, we walked to the venue of the show we came to see, stopping at the supermarket across the road. It was easy.Spoke to cleaner at the bottom in the hallway the morning we left. Really lovely lady, she was doing a fine job.
Disliked: Parking spaces were slightly too close, pool was quite dirty the morning we left as kids did want to swim. The main thing was our rooms lock was broken and our room wasn’t lockable. I had to use other means of securing our room with cords and such that I had in our car and bag as I didn’t want to bug reception. No sound proofing so we heard traffic and cars revving their engines at the lights a few meters away ALL night. I don’t think I could have spent two nights in that room because of that alone. Had a slight spooky vibe.. Also hallway was really stinky, like damp rotten clothes, stink enough to give you a headache

Exceptionally poor night's sleep

Liked: Big room, if I had needed one for 4 people. It was a good location for the meeting that I needed to attend the next day.
Disliked: I didn't like that the room was single glazed, right next to multiple roads and that the noise from cars was relentless throughout the night. The images of the room were nothing like those presented on Booking.com. This was an old room/studio with decor from many a decade past, there was even an old switch box on the wall. The shower of the bath was semi adequate though the shelf behind it by the window wasn't clean.

Nice stopover in Hamilton

Liked: Nice pool, large room, fabulous staff. The breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: The flimsy glass door on the room felt uncomfortable. Lights on the outside of the windows seemed to go all night.
