Disliked: For a 4-star hotel, it has few amenities. I found particularly disappointed the lack of coffee machine and kettle at the room, as even lower quality hotels provide that. Slightly expensive, considering no breakfast is included in the rate

Disliked: Bathroom has no door.. but the toilet do.No second blanket, no second pillow.Heating was not manageable, the panel is showing fictional values, not way to be at temperature I like and froze to death.

Very disappointed.

Liked: The hotel location is great, the staff of the hotel were lovely.
Disliked: I booked this hotel with very high expectations, but unfortunately the experience I had was the complete opposite.When I checked in at my first night and got to my room, the ventilator at the bathroom didn't stopped after few seconds as it should have and lasted for hours, and it made a really loud noise which could only stopped if I took out the card which made nothing in the room work.Then I found out that there is no A.c in the hotel and the heating starts only from later in the year when it's get colder outside. Which is crazy cause the room was freezing cold and the only option was another blanket.it was 10 degrees.There were also a few little tiny black flies in the room all my 3 nights, which doesn't make any sense cause the window was close because of the cold weather.Then on my second day a guy came to fix the vent in the bathroom, which indeed fixed the problem, but every time the room next to me closed their door, it made it do the noise again for another 2 minutes every time.Also, you could hear EVERYTHING from the other room.there is no noise cancelation.There is only a curtain in the shower, so every time I took a shower, all the floor was extremely flooded even inside the bathroom.On my second morning I got up at 8:00 am not from my alarm, but from the construction going on in the building beside the hotel, which was attached to my room, and again the next morning.They didn't mention the construction near the hotel in the booking at any point.It's crazy that I paid around 150€ per night, and that was my experience at the hotel.No heating, broken ventilator, no noise cancelation, construction from early in the morning, and a flooded floor from the shower.And to top it all off, It was my birthday.

Liked: Great location of the hotel, clean and comfortable room, the room smelled nice, polite staff, and the room was warm.
Disliked: The sound of passing traffic could be heard in the room.
