Exceptional

Liked: Amazing property! Cozy but functional room. Great breakfast which is even more amazing if you have it delivered to the library or wardrobe room. Location can’t be better! So walkable with many restaurants close by. Will definitely stay there again

A great and unique place...

Liked: The room was absolutely lush. The decore is unique and simply stunning. The arrangements for the sink is interesting - in a fancy cupboard - but totally works. I didn't use the shower - wasn't brave enough - but all facilities were good. Loved that the hotel uses Bumboo (i use them too) as a means to be sustainable. The room was warm and had a surprising amount of products in the fridge and the food cupboard.The only surprise was the lack of a kettle and tea/coffee; however I asked at the reception and was provided a complimentary tea and the kettle. The staff in the hotel is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The place is a walking distance to West End, and while you're walking to any of the theatres you can grab a drink or go shopping too since there is a busy shopping street nearby.
Disliked: The only thing to bear in mind is that there is a pub nearby, and with that come loud people. The room has additional windows installed so this muffles the sound a good deal, but still bear in mind that you'll hear loud people just across the road.

Stunning Decor and Prime Location

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the decor – every corner was beautifully and tastefully decorated, creating a lovely ambiance throughout. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Soho, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and shopping.
Disliked: The only drawback for me was the antique toilet stools fitted over modern toilets. While they add a certain charm, I found them uncomfortable and was unsure about their hygiene. I’d personally prefer a modern toilet for comfort and cleanliness.
