Our stay was more than...
Liked: The property is gorgeous! Our room was incredible. The staff very cordial. Our every need was taken care of daily. When we needed our car, the valet had it in front of the hotel in minutes. The close proximity to restaurants, shops, etc., is right out our door. And, a short 10 minute drive to the Biltmore Estate. And, if I haven’t said it enough..our room was spectacular!

We would consider staying here...
Liked: Beautiful and very clean. Extremely large rooms. Great location for walking to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The valets were great. Very friendly and helpful. They have much better attitudes than most of the front desk employees.
Disliked: Some of the front desk employees aren’t the friendliest. Very few of them would even give you a smile or hello. One young man was extremely rude to my husband on 2 separate occasions when asking simple questions. He treated my husband like he was stupid and beneath him and gave him dirty looks while huffing because he couldn’t be bothered to be asked for information. If you want return guests you should get friendlier front desk employees. When there are people that are visiting from another state and need information or help with something, your “customer service” should service your customer without treating them like they’re an inconvenience.

Liked: Convenience to walkable areas. Pet friendly. Front desk service very accommodating.
Disliked: Bistro Restaurant was closed no notice. Valet didn’t help load or unload baggage.
