Liked: Great location. Clean. Spacious.
Disliked: I requested a room with a window view of the city when I made the reservations. We were given a back alley just above a dumpster. Every few hours they would come and dump bottles. It stopped about 2am. Our shower hot water was scalding. It wouldn’t get cold. I would step in step out step in step out. The sink would stop up and take a long time to drain. Every time I one of us showered the door sounded like it was about to pop off. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because they have a restaurant. Well, it’s been closed for months without anyone updating their page. They comped us parking for the problems. Really didn’t get me the sleep I lost back from all the dumpster noise. And the bed had these metal things protruding out and I banged my ankles on them several times.

Hotel was above and beyond

Liked: Close to the show we attended and right in the downtown area close to all the shops and restaurants, also had dinner at their rooftop Hemmingways Cuban restaurant and was wonderful and enjoyed the outdoor area with heaters and a great view of downtown, would recommend this hotel the staff is above and beyond and will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Everything from the greeting at the front gate to the beautiful large room and valet parking, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves this was a great choice.
