Liked: Very quiet; super nice staff; adequate breakfast; great location for University of Oregon.

Perfect place to stay for concert nights if you only have one car. Must make reservations early - ended up in smoking room and we were all non smokers and hated the smell. Jennifer was so helpful, but night staff was short and uncooperative.

Disliked: Parking was full and no place for second vehicle

Liked: Always enjoy staying @ Hayward Inn. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is delicious and you have a great view of the University campus just across the street. There's a small but we'll equipped exercise room next to the indoor pool. The pool is an excellent place to relax after a long day traveling. The location is within easy walking distance to many restaurants, businesses, the University campus and parks.

Liked: Great hotel. Conveniently located in a great, safe neighborhood. The room was large and very clean and the facilities are nicely kept. I was given an upgraded king room, which was very nice.
Disliked: Everything was good. No complaints.

Liked: The facility was very nice. The rooms, the public spaces, and the grounds were all clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast, which is unusual for a hotel breakfast. It was also an amazing value. If we ever need to stay in Eugene again we will choose the Hayward Inn.
Disliked: The fact that I had to spend the night that close to the University of Oregon campus. As a University of Washington alum, it felt offensive to be around that much green and yellow.

Disliked: Breakfast was the same each day. First day there was limited supply of things. 1st floor of Franklin is a bit loud.
