Maintenance needed badly

Liked: Bed was firm. Bedding was OK. Heat and AC worked. Smelled clean and location was good.
Disliked: Property would have been at least a 7 but looked like ownership has decided not to repair problems. Bath tub has had a leak for so long that the minerals in the water has turned the tub turquoise blue.

Disliked: Didnt have a plunger my brother clogged up toilet with a big dump and had to turn off water valve to toilet to stop overflow

Disliked: 2 adults we had 1 towel per person and 1 hand towel per person and there was one shower mat. The shower curtain was plastic and broken so it didn't even keep the water from coming out of the shower. Needless to say the floor was wet and we had to use some of our towels to mop up the water. The blanket on the bed is of sandpaper quality and sticks to your skin along with the knit duvet cover wasn't the most comfortable not to mention flat pillows. The heater has a mind of its own and just comes on randomly. There also seemed to be a lot of nighttime activity young kids running around upstairs and yelling at their mother who is sitting in a running vehicle at 930 at night. We also had a gentleman that would sit in his running truck smoking and drinking beer talking on the phone all night. We stayed from Sunday to Friday and not once did housekeeping come to clean the room or change the sheets on the beds. Plus we had to ask for towels daily. Definitely not worth what we paid.
