Comfy bed; good breakfast; very nice staff. I came to town for a concert. The hotel was well located to the concert venue as well as the train station. I'd stay here again.

Disliked: Just wish face cloths had been in the room.

Disliked: the Duvet Cover is broken or just not long enough, I can feel the cotton inside while sleeping this is the only thing that I think could be improved a bit

Cozy stay for a long...

Liked: The Hotel is really well positioned and connected through public transportation. It is also easy to visit the city walking from the Hotel to the centre in half an hour. The rooms are clean, cozy and warm, well equipped.
Disliked: We had some issues with the room. The USB sockets did not work in our room and one of the staff members did not really help when we were trying to explain the issue. Also, we found our room opened twice when coming back from our day out (probably the cleaning staff did not close the door properly).

Liked: Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and we were able to store luggage before check in and after check out.
Disliked: We had to wait an hour as 1 of our rooms was not ready at the predetermined check in time.

Disliked: Very noisy people coming and going in hallway. Heater in room didn’t work and toilet hadn’t been flushed from last guest.

Liked: Fabulous location! So close to public transport, eateries, restaurants, the River of Leith and the National Modern Galleries. Beautiful room, with lovely outlook onto gardens. Very clean, cosy and very comfortable. Excellent mattress. Love the buffet breakfast choices. Excellent customer service. Luggage storage available.
Disliked: Nothing. Wish we could stay longer than one night! Would love to stay one week.
