Comfy bed; good breakfast; very nice staff. I came to town for a concert. The hotel was well located to the concert venue as well as the train station. I'd stay here again.

Disliked: Just wish face cloths had been in the room.

Liked: Fantastic for going to rugby, room was ok but tired. Breakfast was fine
Disliked: Very noisy! We were rudely awakened in the middle of the night by another party in the building next to the hotel where we were staying. Clearly didn’t have a key to get in and proceeded to continuously bang on the front door. Which was just outside our room. Second morning we were wakened by staff coming in the building to start work, banging doors and talking very loudly outside room doors. No consideration for guests!

Disliked: There is no lift and we are at the top of the building so an older guest may struggle with the stairs

Liked: The staff was amazing, they were all extremely kind and helpful, both before and during our stay. They had gluten free and dairy free options for breakfast. The room was big and the bathroom too, the only downside is that it was a below ground floor so the natural light during the day was not ideal. But they do have other types of rooms. It's 20 minutes walking from the Old Town and with plenty of public transport options. It is 3 minutes walking from the Airlink 100 bus from the airport.
Disliked: We didn't know the room would be below ground level, but other than that all good.

Liked: Great location, close to all means of public transport.
Disliked: At least 30 mins walk to popular locations.
