Liked: The location, the room and the service were all spectacular. The staff was really nice and accommodating, and the room and bed were the most comfortable in our multiple trips to London over the years.
Disliked: The dinner in the restaurant had something to be desired. We both ordered fish and chips and it was not to our liking

Liked: Breakfast is amazing and the hotel decor is exciting and unique
Disliked: Kettle and coffee making facility in room could be a nice addition

Liked: Absolutely lovely hotel in a perfect location. The breakfast was amazing and the best way to start our day. Andrea made navigation around London easy for us and was so kind and helpful. Would love to stay again in the near future.

Liked: It’s a small hotel but has everything you need.
Disliked: The room size was great and the bathroom was amazing. My boys especially liked the TV above the bath.
