A wonderful stay in a...

Liked: Everything! From the warm welcome at the door, to the smooth and easy check in, nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff, the breakfast staff, the doorman- all were excellent! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool-oh my!!! The food in the bar was lovely and the breakfast was superb.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike!

this is a wonderful hotel,...

Liked: loved the pool. the bed was great. the room was charming, with the Kit Kemp decoration. Despite lots of sound outside, the double windows kept it quiet inside. the staff were lovely. chocolates on day 1 were wonderful. cake pops on day 4 were a cute idea. it's a very very pretty hotel and runs perfectly. also loved the fresh berries at breakfast.
Disliked: it was pretty perfect. maybe some of the food could have been slightly better e.g. the night I got some soup and salad in the room from Brumus restaurant, both were pretty ho-hum.

Disliked: A slat was missing in the shutter in our room. I’m really surprised at this as it was quite noticeableThe service charge that was added onto the bill. We had this removed as we will tip accordingly when necessary

Incredible stay in a great...

Liked: The property was in a great central location - but off the main roads and therefore peaceful. We received excellent service from the doorman who took our cases as we arrived, through the reception team, to the bar and restaurant staff - and the delightful housekeeping team. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable bed and chairs. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped. This was our first visit and it won’t be our last!
Disliked: Nothing!
