My favourite hotel

Liked: Normally I don't bother with reviews but I always review the Haymarket. They deserve the appreciation it's ultra clean, the staff are first class and never intrusive. The showers are the best I've ever experienced and that’s a lot.
Disliked: Minor point but the bathroom floors are super slippery when wet.

Amazing experience

Liked: We had an incredible stay and highly recommend this place! The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. Our room was a good size, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the majestic theatre. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance and very central. We also recommend trying the massage; it was truly worth it and helped us unwind completely. We will definitely return for another visit. Thank you to all the staff members for making our stay so enjoyable!

Liked: Luxurious suite/room overlooking Her Majesty’s Theatre. Very comfortable bed with a huge bathroom. There’s a TV opposite the bath tub too. Very well stocked mini bar.Breakfast was delicious. Excellent service. Our meal in the evening after the theatre at the Brumus Restaurant was delicious.
Disliked: No tea and coffee making facilities, but I rang down and they bought it up to us.

Liked: Everything! From the warm welcome at the door, to the smooth and easy check in, nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff, the breakfast staff, the doorman- all were excellent! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool-oh my!!! The food in the bar was lovely and the breakfast was superb.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike!
