Fantastic location and lovely room

Liked: Lovely room decor, location was brilliant and the staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Room overall was good. Would have preferred a proper double bed with double bedding rather than 2 singles pushed together.

Liked: The design of the hotel interior is really nice. Liked the hotel bar too with nice staff and a nice feel to it. Appreciated the dj in the lobby too.
Disliked: The description of the room on booking.com was totally inaccurate. We chose a larger room with a view even if it cost us more money. Got a narrow room with a claustrophobic feel. Absolutely no view whatsoever (if youre not into a view straight into an office 20 meters away) Felt like staying in a dark basement. Had to change room and pay even more money for a room that fit the description. Breakfast is ok but feels cheap. Jam is more like watery jello. Boring bread. Very few vegetables and fruit. Juice tastes like cardboard box. Cheap teabags. Omelette and waffles makes the breakfast feel ok.

Disliked: Air con was poor and air in room. Also didn’t get the high room that was requested. Shower went hot and cold.

Liked: Stay a lot at Haymarket, love the location, good breakfast, big bathrooms.
Disliked: I'm sorry, but rooms like 303 should not exist in 4 star hotel, it's like what 3 square meters? No room to even put the luggage - either bathroom door opens, or the small luggage is placed. Aircon is right above the bed which is a recipe for disaster and getting ill. no way to switch it off too. No window. and all for 300 EUR.
