Friendly, good breakfast but cleanliness...

Liked: Location. The owner was very friendly and offered a variety of breakfast options.
Disliked: The room needed a good clean. I would have expected to see a smoke alarm in the room and not just on the landing. The curtain had a tear in it. Difficult to fill the kettle from the tap in the basin.

Liked: Host was very friendly The room was ok. Having 4 poster bed did take up a lot of room, so it was difficult to move aroundThe bed was comfortable.could do with a little updating on the decor. and a little more detail to cleaning of the room ..

Liked: Comfortable accommodation and great to have a place to park the car outside the guest house. The host communicated well and was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, warm room and good shower and wifi, all of which are important when you travel. Breakfast was a bonus.

Liked: Host was very kind and helpful, made a great breakfast! Room was clean and tea and coffee making facilities were good. A little fridge should you need. Check in and check out was very simple and quick.
Disliked: Shame there was no dairy free milks but it wasn't a problem as fry ups and toast where in plentiful supply! Bathroom was maybe a little cramped but otherwise no problems with it at all.
