Liked: An exceptionally comfortable and relaxing stay. Loved everything about this hotel! Staff were excellent but special props to Stephen, one of the managers, a gentleman & very good at his job!

Liked: Hayfield Manor never, ever disappoints. I had a superb massage, during my visit. The meal in Perrotts Restaurant for 4 of us was fabulous. Keep doing what yer doing Hayfield.

Liked: Beautiful 5 star boutique hotel that is well maintained with excellent staff; rooms are beautifully attired and comfortable; loved the Xmas decorations and the tree in our room.
Disliked: As you would expect this time of the year it was very busy and at times the common areas and bars are quite cramped. All staff very accommodating
