Stay was good in overall

Liked: Organized
Disliked: They charged me without notice for “damage” caused to the front door which is automatic. So afterhours they close the door, and when we arrived it didn’t open automatically but was a few inches open and we just pushed and opened itself. The lady that was at the reception told us afterwards that they do it in purpose, and we are supposed to check some sign outside. She said that we are supposed to use card key. However we didn’t know and moved on, apparently according to her we had to be charged for what we did but she never said that, and even on the checkout that wasn’t mentioned. This is a scamm. Never in my life i had to use key card to open the front door of a hotel. And the door wasn’t damaged, as opened fine afterwards. Very disappointed, very sketchy

Liked: The location is good, off broadway but close to everything still.
Disliked: The rooms felt old & dingy. Very thin walls. Housekeeping doesn’t come. It’s was a fine stay if you’re just looking for a clean enough hotel room to sleep & shower in. Not very quiet for sleep.
