It fell short of expectations.

Disliked: The front staff couldn’t find the package we reserved through Booking.com. It was eventually worked out, but frustrating and not a particularly good end to our stay to be billed for more than we booked.Would have appreciated it if the staff would had mentioned that they were out of parking permits to save us from needing to run back up to the front desk to ask about it after seeing numerous signs posted about needing one. We tried calling the front desk from our Pom with no answer. Also used the Booking app to contact the property by text, but never received a response.

Disliked: “Although I have repeatedly requested an invoice for the money paid to the hotel, they refused to provide one. Moreover, they did not respond to my emails or requests in any way.”
