“The reception staff is below...
Liked: “Everything I initially liked was canceled out the moment I had issues with the invoice.”
Disliked: “Although I have repeatedly requested an invoice for the money paid to the hotel, they refused to provide one. Moreover, they did not respond to my emails or requests in any way.”

Rose and the breakfast staff...
Liked: Rose at the reception desk was so kind and helpful both on check in and out. We loved the breakfast but wish it was complimentary. The breakfast stafff was so attentive. We got a $50 certificate from booking.com and used that for breakfast and parking.
Disliked: The cost of breakfast and parking. We had to park in an unmarked spot as there were no parking places left. It is very hard to find your room from the parking lot…….no signage for the rooms in the 1000’s. Parking fees are annoying.
