Rose and the breakfast staff...

Liked: Rose at the reception desk was so kind and helpful both on check in and out. We loved the breakfast but wish it was complimentary. The breakfast stafff was so attentive. We got a $50 certificate from booking.com and used that for breakfast and parking.
Disliked: The cost of breakfast and parking. We had to park in an unmarked spot as there were no parking places left. It is very hard to find your room from the parking lot…….no signage for the rooms in the 1000’s. Parking fees are annoying.

Lovely old-school hotel but our...

Liked: It is a beautiful building and the old-school vibe is lovely in the common areas. We really liked the heated pool and hot tub as well as the gymnasium.
Disliked: Our particular room was a the back of the hotel looking onto a carpark and felt both dark, dingy, and cramped. The phone in our room didn't work and staff said someone would fix it but they never did (it was xmas so perhaps that explains it). The safe in our room worked on the first day but didn't work thereafter.
