Liked: It was great and peaceful place

Liked: Convenient to an event at WSSU.
Disliked: The noise outside room was terrible when trying to rest late at night and first thing in the morning. Kids running and adults talking very loud in the hallway. Wish people would respect that other people are guest on the same hallway.

Superb

Liked: The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It would've been nice when checking in to be asked if wanted a breakfast card. Went early next morning for breakfast was ask if I had a breakfast card. It was like 11 dollars and some change. For the money the breakfast was pretty on point.

Liked: The location was perfect and the retro look of the place was cool.
Disliked: We had 1 pack/cup of coffee in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get a cup for my husband. Not a deal breaker just needed at least 2 packs/cups.

Great stay with nice facilities...

Liked: Staff was friendly but always very busy with The amount of things going on. The hotel was clean and easy to access. The only thing that threw me off was where the front was if you park in the back it is a hike to the front.

Comfortable but iffy guests

Liked: Nice comfortable rooms, nice desk area, easy to walk to local bakery, restaurants, or even the convention center was just a 15 minute walk.Not something easy for the hotel to control but on our 2nd night there was another guest screaming in the hallway three times and night two we were blasted by the smell of pot at 1am. Had difficulty getting back to sleep even after the smell eased up.

Pleasant

Liked: Very clean. Comfortable bed. Older hotel in need of some updates. Fewer amenities than in the past.
Disliked: Some very loud, disruptive people early Saturday morning. Bathroom lighting needs improvement.
