Liked: Updates are beautiful. The desk in the room was exceptional in that it was spacious enough to allow me to spread out my work materials in preparation for my presentation.
Disliked: The microphone in the learning center wouldn’t stay on. I finally just used my loudest voice to do my presentation. I would have enjoyed some hot tea if it were made available.

Liked: The room was large & the bed was very comfortable. I spent 2 nights because I had an outpatient surgery. It was a very quiet, nice place to recover a little before heading back the 2 hours home. Everything was very nice & very clean. The check-in man was very friendly.

Liked: The location was great. The beds were comfy.
Disliked: The staff was not informative at all about the hotel. There was a $50 pet fee. I felt like that was pretty steep. We couldn't request a late check out until the morning we were to check out. And even then it was only an extra hour. But we were not in the building at 11, so our keys wouldn't work to get in the hotel or our room. We had to walk all the way back to the lobby for them to tell us the keys die at 11. Something that could have been spoke on when we get our late checkout.
