Disappointing

Disliked: Kids were playing floor hockey right in front of my door at all hours. They left a bunch of crushed soda cans in my door way so I could not enter my room. They had the rooms above me and it sounded like they were going to drop through the ceiling

Liked: Avoid!So disappointed .... we were snowed in and had to stay for several days.We are still owed $208 USD of overcharges that we only found on our credit card days later.We spent an inordinate time at the front desk, requesting information on nightly charges which were in complete disregard of what was agreed upon at the front desk at check in.Staff was kind but continously had to refer us to a partially non-existent manager who guarenteed that their discrepant charges would be reversed.Instead, four days later, there was no refund, and an additional $100 usd charged on our card.Altogether we are owed $218+ usd and no one is answering the office phone or responding to our email inquiries.
Disliked: Hold these kinds of places accountable.

Freezing room and unresponsive staff.

Liked: I like that it was easy to get to and had lots of space. I like that it accepted dogs and had free parking and a decent breakfast.
Disliked: We arrived to a freezing cold room - 57 degrees. Since we arrived at 11:30pm, we didn't go and ask about another room because we were all very tired and thought it would warm up quickly. It didn't!! By morning it was still only at 61 degrees. We all did not sleep well (I was traveling with 5 kids and a dog), and were very frustrated. I talked to the staff about it in the morning, asking if we could have a discount because of the lack of heating, and we were informed that a manager would get back to us. We have not heard from them since. We also felt the pet fee of $75 was way too much. They should have a reduced fee for those only staying one night. For those staying longer, it is a good deal.
