Would stay here again!

Liked: The room was really cute, the pool was bigger than most, it was very quiet, and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: the location wasn’t ideal.

this hotel was a Gem...

Liked: bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.
Disliked: eliptical in fitness center was poor.

Okay for one night only

Liked: The room was spacious and the front desk guy was nice and friendly. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t quite clean. The couch was stained. Our towel and pillow had hair in it from I’m guessing previous guests? Not really sure but it wasn’t ours. Also little bugs maybe gnats were flying around in our room. At one point when we were sleeping our door handle was jiggling leading me to believe someone was trying to come in the room. Maybe they thought it was their room but I just wasn’t comfortable.

The stay was short but...

Liked: we were upgraded to a suite because our room was not ready and it was beautiful!!
Disliked: The stairs were out of order so it sucked hauling luggage up three flights if stairs. Also the breakfast did not have much of a varietyz very bland.

Night and day difference

Liked: The gentleman on duty when we checked in later in the evening was phenomenal! Very good ADA set up.
Disliked: The morning staff were rude. They, the man in particular had a crappy attitude towards everything. There should be a removable shower head with a longer hose. And the shower did not drain well.
