Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Tinton Falls, Eatontown

I booked 10 rooms for my daughter's wedding. People came from different places. The hotel staff worked very patiently to arrange everything and make sure all the guests got into their rooms smoothly. The rooms were very special and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I am pleased.

Liked: Beautiful rooms and good service.

Liked: Very basic breakfast,no orange juice as machine out of action.could have put some in a jug.Paper plates an bowls,very MacDonalds.Syayed 6 days,room never serviced.Great location for us as we needed to be in the Area to see family.
Disliked: Room never serviced.Un expiring breakfast.Only did the Frist day.Not up to Wyndham standards.

Disliked: There were no washcloths and only 2 hand towels and bath towels for the 3 of us.There was no bedding for the sofa bed, which had tears in the fabric, and no pillows.A TV channel listing would have been very helpful.The only window coverings were shear, so you could see through them.The furniture was old and scratched.

It was horrible

Disliked: It was the worst hotel experience I ever had! The room was horrible the furniture scratched. There were dead bugs on the walls. We had to walk up outside stairs at night in with very little lighting. Noisy clientele to a point whee the the police were called. We were afraid to leave our room. Pillows were lumps and the bed very uncomfortable. I have phots since I am requesting a refund of the state of the room and the kitchen which had very little 3 drinking glasses , 1 knife to call it equipped was a joke. The limited breakfast had a broken juice machine so no water was available either or ice no coffee it was going toe about 15 minutes till it was ready only wheat toast no bagels or other baked goos ridiculous We certainly did not get what we paid for and I am insisting on a refund. I have photos to prove all of the above what I will send if necessary. I await your response!

Awful

Disliked: I have used booking.com for years as I trust their provided recommendations, however this hotel, if you can call it that, Hawthron Suites by Wyndham, fell way way below the standard. This hotel was filthy. It didn’t even appear someone took the time to clean the rooms. The rooms themselves were in awful shape with holes in doors patched incredibly poorly, holes in curtains, gouges in the walls, the bed head board had sticky matter on it, and the floors hadn’t even been swept. To say I am disappointed it an understatement. I stayed one night here and immediately canceled the next night and found other accommodations. For $200 a night this is absolutely unacceptable. I would like a complete refund, and would suggest you remove this “hotel” from your list
