Hotel either met or exceeded...

Liked: Very polite and helpful front desk staff.
Disliked: Trying to get the towels and linens replaced.

Very poor

Disliked: We paid for a room with 3 beds but they sent us to the wrong room with 2 beds. Then went back to the lobby and got the correct room. But it had lots of leftover food in the freezer, a big Centipede like bug on the floor and the bathroom sink was plugged completely. Some garbage was behind/under the tv cabinet(we moved the cabinet to turn the tv a bit ) the room scented like strong detergent? and didn’t like it at all.

Liked: The room was in bad condition with broken floor, decaying bathroom door, overall bad condition and I paid extra for upgrade

It was an okay stay

Liked: The rooms even though it wasn’t clean properly
Disliked: The parking and it saying there were ice machine and vending machine on my floor but not true had to go from the 3rd floor all the way down to the 1st floor
