Disappointing

Disliked: Advertises hot tub but not working. Told it has not worked for two months. Manager was too busy to talk to me. I paid for feature I did not receive, & looked forward to using. No tissue in room. Had to go to front desk to get it. Handicap room’s shower curtain did not contain water, so bathroom floor was very wet & slippery after shower. Will not stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was as it is in all hotels offering breakfast. The location is great and property is easy to find.
Disliked: The staff at the front desk. Instead if being welcomed I was "grunted at" the gentleman on in the evening was not any better. They need training in the importance of greeting and assisting hotel guests.

Liked: Wonderful, friendly & accommodating staff (front desk & breakfast area manager), perfect location, safe & clean
Disliked: 1. Probably not fair to grade them on this but lots of construction noise due to them upgrading the rooms. I was made aware of the construction at check-in and I appreciate that. Once work is completed and the noise issue is remedied, I’m sure I would grade it another point higher.2. The tight parking spaces are definitely a drawback. They are VERY tight and If I had a new car, I wouldn’t park in the lot
