Disliked: Our room didn’t have a table to eat on, it wasn’t as clean, our phone didn’t work, the a/c unit was weird, the gym was not what I was expecting one treadmill was working there were broken ones I don’t know why they didn’t remove them. Also the ice machines only worked on the 2nd floor and we were on the 5th floor. They don’t come clean your room until the 3rd day of your stay. The only thing that was nice was the location and breakfast. It looked nice on the website and the pool area looked like it would be a good hotel but it’s run down and out dated. I don’t think I will be going back there. They did have aShuttle to Disney world.

Disliked: The room was not as big as I hoped. I asked for a crib for a 1 year old which wasn't in room when we arrived. We did get the crib the next day. The only way I could describe the breakfast was terrible. We have stayed at this hotel many times but I don't think we will be staying again.The sofa bed was damaged and very uncomfortable.
