A rip off

Liked: Manager Crystal was very rude. She rips people off. The staff have to suffer because of her scandalous ways. The staff is being underpaid everyone that gets higher at this place gets fire, or they quit due to the manager and her unpredictable scandal way, such as she cuts people hours when things don’t go her way she people cars away. She don’t like them or kicked off the property and put them booking was booked for seven days and the woman did not allow me to come back and put a trespass against me unfairly she is known for stealing and going to jail trafficking, underage, girls, and on drugs investigation needs to be done on Crystal as the manager who has been there for five years. There’s no way to get a hold of the owners. She has the upper hand on everything such as payroll and etc., and deal with customer complaints all go through Crystal. She has too much power. This company needs to be investigated for illegal discrimination against customers and staff
Disliked: Never confine parking after 10 o’clock breakfast was terrible except when he had biscuits and gravy, which was one day out the week only had three hours to get breakfast can’t stand that you can’t get a hold of the owners when it’s a real issue and don’t like the fact that the good employees suffer because of the manager and her unpredictable scandal ways such as booking people rooms and not giving them a stay taking their security posit and not returning it back there’s been a long gone event for what I’m understanding and this also came from the security officer who live there this woman needs to be fired is bad reviews for a reason
