Liked: First of all I had made direct contact to the property the night before because I wanted to request a late check out for the 23rd I was informed that if I made those changes over the phone the price would be quite different then the discount price that you provided . I was told that once I checked inI could arrange to book an additional day fo to $89 plus tax. So I was somewhat taking a bath because the price that you quoted plus tax was $147.28 and when I arrived to the checking counter I was told the price for the additional day plus tax would be $129.00. secondly at check-in the Clark said that I would be charged a deposit of $50 however she printed off a receipt for 1:47.28 which was equal to the amount charge my account by your company the morning of 3/22@after 12:00am I only noticed that the amount were the same because I have received a notice from the bank stating the charge was being held to pay by your company. Because I did have my eyeglasses on at and wasn't offered a receipt at check-in. Returned to the front desk and requested and did receive the copy of the deposit Bill stating $147.28 rather than the $50 which the front desk clerk started which means that there are two charges for 147.28 on my account and the additional charge for the additional day which I booked directly with the property. I asked the clerk about one of the amenities that was stated in their description of the property at this address which was a hot tub I was told that there was no hot tub so I inquired about the pool which understandably was closed due to the temperature and time of year. The clerk said did state that since I was staying at additional day that she upgraded my room from a king size bed with sofa bed to to full size bed in the suite. While she was processing the transaction for both the $50 deposit and the additional day stay I begin to notice that the property did not appear at all to be in good repair meaning the lobby and lounge area.

Disliked: Breakfast ends too early and the place is a bit catfishy, the pictures looked good online but when we got there it was very run down and not very clean.
