Feedback on my experience.

Liked: The layout of the hotel. Overall it was beautiful.
Disliked: My TV wasn't working and the heating in our room was not functioning right. When you turned the heat up, it was blowing out very cold air. The pool area was also cold.

Annoying

Liked: They had a bar which May be useful.
Disliked: The room darkening shade did not cover entire window. The cable and internet dropped out. Dirty floors in the hallway, the key card did not work and we had to get another one.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They had a good selection of food.
