I would definitely stay here again. This place was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff was excellent, very professional and very friendly. I have stayed in many hotels that were far more expensive, but were not nearly this nice.

Liked: Spacious suites for the price of a normal hotel room. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Nitpick, but magnetic strip keys can be de-magnetized, which is inconvenient.

Decent but needs better housekeeping

Liked: The location was great. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was dirty, full of green slime, and the hot tub had a sign that is closed due to the Kentucky Board of Health. The breakfast area was not cleaned regularly and the trash overflowed onto the floor.

Disliked: The breakfast needs alot of work, need to have fresh eggs, cooked bacon and sausage not just microwaved bacon every day. Make sure the waffles are made to be consistent instead of watery. Need to have melted butter so the syrup and butter will both be warm and not have to microwave your waffle to melt the butter.

We always stay here because...

Liked: The staff is always exceptional! We stay here every time we come to Louisville, which is often. My Dad has a small apartment in Louisville so its always wonderful to stay at the hotel and make it our home away from home.
Disliked: The carpet of the rooms have been dirty :/ my toddler was just learning to walk and her feet were pretty black on the bottom. We’ll bring house slippers next time.
