Never going back again

Disliked: I paid online for my room and then was asked at the hotel to pay a $200 deposit with my card that I didn’t know about ahead of time. We have stayed several times and we clean up and always take care of the rooms. I was told I’d get it back right away but then after it was paid I was told I’d get it back in 3-5 days. Not acceptable and we will not be back

It was acceptable if you...

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The room was dated. There are stains on the carpet. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and the floor felt odd in there.The pillows need replaced.The mattress on the pullout couch needs replaced. The top sheet for that was also ripped in several places.
