Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: There were roaches in our room. We were moved to another room and there were also roaches! The staff then offered bed spray to us. The next morning to accommodate the manager said we would get a 25% refund but still have yet to receive.

Staff very friendly, good location.

Liked: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. Room very clean including bathroom and kitchenette area.
Disliked: Christmas music 24/7 at a loud volume. This improved on the second night after we mentioned it. The heater appeared to have not been turned on yet for the season and rapidly set off the smoke alarm in the room. Nobody came and when we went to the desk they reassured us that the alarm would stop after a while, which it did. Of course, the room had that newly turned on heater smell for the first night.

Bad

Disliked: 10 vehicles were broken into including my coworker. Window shattered out and my items stolen. The employees did not try to contact the owners of the vehicles were not notified even though the police were called.
